Well hello Súpa!Nation! For all three of you that may read this, here we go...starting a food business is a wild and crazy ride, certainly not for the faint of heart. Almost a year and a half after hatching sneaky plans for world domination, one cup of soup at a time, we have finally hit a major milestone. Today I officially was handed over all the keys to our awesome new space. What an incredibly exciting day. It occurred to me that it might be kind of fun to share our journey, especially as we go through the build out process and ramp up for our grand opening. So I decided that I will begin shooting a daily-ish video diary of the build and keep a regular blog to share the process. Now, while I doubt we will be landing this on the food network anytime soon, Chef Ramsey, if you're reading this, call me!!! I hope you enjoy the videos.
